REAL ESTATE BOOT CAMP
Every year, DFPG hosts our annual Real Estate Boot Camp, an event that focuses on the fundamentals, as well as many of the technical details, associated with investment real estate. From real estate analysis, to CAP rates and general market conditions, our Real Estate Boot Camp has become the premiere educational event for representatives that want to better understand the mechanics of REITs, DSTs, 1031 exchanges, private real estate funds, and other real estate offerings.
Our objective is to enhance the level of knowledge and understanding for those who participate, with the hope that our Real Estate Boot Camp will assist them and their clients as they review and invest in securitized real estate.

ANNUAL REP CONFERENCE
DFPG’s Annual Rep Conference is our firm’s yearly event that hosts all our representatives. Set to the backdrop of various venues, such as San Diego, California’s Hotel del Coronado or Deer Valley, Utah, our Annual Rep Conference is a multi-day event that addresses many important educational topics, including practice management, product training, and special guest speakers. In addition, the Annual Rep Conference provides a uniquely focused forum for representatives to better acquaint themselves with DFPG’s industry partners.
The objective of our Annual Rep Conference is to provide an unparalleled educational platform where our representatives immerse themselves in important industry news and information, sponsor introductions and trainings, and experience DFPG’s family-oriented culture.
OPERATIONS WORKSHOP
DFPG’s Operations Workshop is a special educational forum that we provide to the operations and support staff of our representatives. With an emphasis on best practices and increasing operational efficiencies, our Operations Workshop provides education on various topics, including:
- Operations/support staff’s role in practice management
- CRMs and other technology
- Understanding and processing paperwork
- Preparing for audits
The objective of our Operations Workshop is to provide critical training to your operations and support staff, with a special focus on empowering your team to help you grow and better operate your business.
